It's Okay If Your Grief Is Heavier This Season
Grief isn't a one-time thing. It recurs, and different things bring it to the surface. This season, I'm grieving what little Brooke thought life would look like versus what it actually is. I'm judging my grief, which keeps me stuck. And I'm learning that maybe what I need most is rest—and grace.
